Vegetable pate with tofu soymilk and sesame seeds

  • 250gr of plain tofu
  • 15cl of plain soymilk
  • 250gr of mushrooms
  • 120gr of oat flakes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 big spoons of sesame seeds
  • 2 big spoons of olive oil
  • Parsley
  • 8 leaves of basil
  • Salt, pepper
  1. Crush the tofu with a fork in a bowl. Peal off and chop the onions up. Let them simmer in olive oil in a saucepan.
  2. Peal off and crush the garlic, chisel the parsley and the basil. Grate the carrots, clean the mushrooms and slice them. Roast the sesame seeds in a saucepan without oil.
  3. Add the mushroom and the garlic to the onions and cook till complete evaporation. Remove from the fire, pour in a bowl, add the beaten eggs, tofu, soymilk, oats flakes, olive oil, grated carrots, herbs, salt and pepper. Pour into a cake tin oiled and floured. Cook at 180 degrees c. for 1 hour and 15mn. Serve warm as an entre.
