Tofu sauté with Provincial herbs with its “two capsicums” and paprika
Serving 4 people 15mn preparation – cooking time : 5 to 7mn
  • 250gr of plain tofu
  • 1 big spoon of soysauce
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 1green capsicum
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 big spoons of olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon of Provincial herbs
  • salt, pepper
  1. Cut the tofu in cubes, arrange it in a bowl with paprika, 1 big spoon of olive oil, garlic pealed off and crushed, soysauce, salt and pepper. Keep aside.
  2. Cut the capsicums in small cubes. Peal off the onion and mince it finely and fry in a saucepan with 1 big spoon of olive oil. Once transparent add capsicums, tofu cubes and their sauce, Provincial herbs, and salt and pepper if necessary. Cook for about 5mn stirring constantly. Serve while still very warm.
