Tofu sauté with herbs and cauliflower
Serving 4 people 10mn preparation – cooking time : 10mn
  • 250gr of plain tofu
  • ½ big spoon of dry Provencal herbs
  • 1 carrot minced in thin sticks (julienne)
  • 1 big spoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of 4 different spices of your choice
  • Salt
  1. Cut the tofu in cubes and fry in a saucepan with the olive oil for five 5mn. Add the spices of your choice, cauliflower in tiny bunches, carrot and salt, and stir. Let it cook for 5mn more. (vegetables should remain al dente)
  2. Serve with brown rice.
