Tofu cubes with herbs olive and Himalaya salt
Serving 4 people 10 minutes preparation
  • 250g tofu with mix herbs
  • 3 big spoons of olive oil
  • 8 leaves of salad of your choice
  • 1 tea spoon Himalaya salt
  • I pinch of pepper
  1. Clean and dry the tofu .Cut it in small cubes
  2. Place the salad leaves into a bowl, cover with the tofu cubes (serve as an aperitif with tooth picks)
