Smoked tofu cake with onions
Serving 4 people 15mn preparation- cooking time : 45mn
- 125gr of smoked tofu
- 15cl of plain soymilk
- 3 onions
- 3 eggs
- 150gr of wheat flour
- 1 yeast bag
- 10cl of olive oil + 1 big spoon
- Salt, pepper
- Heat up the oven at 180 degrees c
- Peal off and minces the onion and fry them in a sauce pan with 1 big spoon of olive oil. Salt, pepper.
- Mix the eggs, flour and yeast in a bowl. Blend the oil and the soymilk warmed up with, Add the tofu cut in sticks then the onions. Pour into a mould anti-adhesive and cook for 45mn.
