Smoked tofu cake with onions
Serving 4 people 15mn preparation- cooking time : 45mn
  • 125gr of smoked tofu
  • 15cl of plain soymilk
  • 3 onions
  • 3 eggs
  • 150gr of wheat flour
  • 1 yeast bag
  • 10cl of olive oil + 1 big spoon
  • Salt, pepper
  1. Heat up the oven at 180 degrees c
  2. Peal off and minces the onion and fry them in a sauce pan with 1 big spoon of olive oil. Salt, pepper.
  3. Mix the eggs, flour and yeast in a bowl. Blend the oil and the soymilk warmed up with, Add the tofu cut in sticks then the onions. Pour into a mould anti-adhesive and cook for 45mn.
