Scramble tomatoes with tofu
Serving 4 people 15mn preparation – cooking time 20mn
  • 250gr of plain tofu
  • 15cl of plain soymilk
  • 2 onions
  • 1 green capsicum
  • Some minced parsley
  • 1 big spoon of mixed dry herbs
  • 2 big spoon of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Salt, pepper
  1. Crumble the tofu in a bowl. Fry the minced onions in the olive oil. Add the tofu, tomatoes, the capsicum cut in cubes and the soymilk. Let it simmer for about 10mn.
  2. Add the garlic and minced parsley, dry herbs, salt, pepper, mix well. Let it cook for 5mn more and serve.
