Grilled tofu with paprika pepper
Serving 4 people 5mn preparation – cooking time :15mn
  • 500gr of plain tofu
  • 1 pinch of paprika pepper
  • Salt
  1. Pre-heat the oven at 200 degrees, grill position.
  2. Cut the tofu in slices ( like French fries). Put them in a plate, sprinkle with the paprika pepper and arrange in a dish slightly oiled.
  3. Grill the tofu 5mn as close as possible from the grill. Then regulate the heating system on position ‘oven’. The tofu must cook from the bottom as well as from the top. Cook  for 10mn at least. The tofu should remain crunchy outside and still a bit soft inside. Remove from the oven, add a little salt and serve with vegetables of your choice.
