Fried tofu with Olive oil
Serving 4 people 15mn preparation – cooking time :10mn
  • 250gr of plain tofu (2 pieces of 125gr each)
  • 4 big spoon of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 10 black olives
  • 1 tomato
  • Salt, pepper
  1. Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees, grill position.
  2. Cut each piece of tofu in two in the thick side. Mix oil, garlic and onions pealed off and finely minced, olives lovely minced too, salt and pepper. Soak the tofu into the preparation to impregnate both sides. Remove the tofu and place one slice of tomato on each slice of tofu
  3. Grill for 10mn in the oven and serve with vegetables sauté.
